Fajita marinade, Tasty Thursday style
Marinades are simple. Kind of like a dressing for meat. Want to spice it up? Add flavors in the marinade that complement the meal you are creating. This one, Mexican-inspired, includes oregano, cumin, and tequila. Yum! Tasty Thursday creates weekly food videos that release on Thursday, usually before breakfast Eastern time. The idea behind this series, shared weekly since October of 2012, is to share tips and recipes to inspire you in the kitchen.
